Returns

We only accept returns for items that are:

  • Defective, or
  • Not as described

If you believe the product you received is faulty or does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue. We may require photographic or other evidence of the defect to process your claim.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds or exchanges are offered for online exams, memberships, or downloadable materials, unless required by law or in the case of proven defects.
