Pilot practice exams for CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) exams are test simulations designed to help aviation students and pilots prepare for the various CASA certification exams.
The pilot practice exams are not identical to the actual CASA exams – there is no way for us to know, and it would be unethical. It is also prohibited by the regulations. However, they are designed to closely simulate the format, style, and difficulty level of the real exams, so you can get a good sense of what to expect. We design our exams to ensure that you have a solid knowledge base to be able to pass the exams and become a safer pilot.
We offer aeroplane practice exams and a limited number of helicopter exams. We are rapidly adding helicopter exams, starting with PPL.
Our pilot practice exams vary in length depending on the type of CASA exam they are designed for, but typically contain around 30-60 questions. There are generally 4-5 exam databases to choose from.
The pilot practice exams include a mix of multiple-choice, true/false, and fill in the blank questions.
Yes, our pilot practice exams are only available online and can be accessed from any device with an internet connection. An active internet connection is required.
All CASA pilot practice exams are valid till the end of your current billing period (generally monthly). Some exams can be pre-purchased. Please check the billing page on your account to view your expiry date – or contact us for more information.
The pilot practice exams provide a realistic testing experience and help identify areas where you may need to focus your study efforts. They also provide detailed explanations for each question, so you can learn from your mistakes and improve your understanding of the subject matter.
We offer limited support. We love to chat about aviation – however we are working pilots, and you may need to chat with your flight instructor about some topics.
